]]> Dal 24/10/2012 è entrata in vigore la normativa specifica, prevista dall’art. 62 della legge 27/2012, per il commercio dei prodotti agricoli e alimentari che coinvolge l’intera filiera commerciale esclusa la cessione al consumatore finale. Per le cessioni di tali prodotti è “obbligatorio” redigere un contratto scritto che deve riportare, a pena di nullità, la quantità, le caratteristiche del prodotto, il prezzo, le modalità di consegna e pagamento.
