]]> 陆先生来访：董丽芳律师，您好！我是一名中国公民，在罗马拥有一家可再生能源公司。三年前，我委托一家意大利风力涡轮机配件生产商生产一款我们设计的风力涡轮机，用于2013年将投入使用的新设备。但一个月前我们发现这家公司在生产完毕前，在我们不知情的情况下把我们设计的产品向意大利商标专利局（uibm）申请并注册了专利。出于信任，我在没有申请注册专利的情况下将设计交给了这家公司，现在有什么办法可以捍卫我的权利呢？
