]]> 李先生来访：董丽芳律师，您好！我是名温州商人。1990年，我创办了一家制鞋厂。2006年，我在意大利罗马创办了一家公司，并在罗马、米兰等城市陆续设立了几家连锁店。我们公司的商标已在中国和意大利进行了注册。随着业务的不断扩大，我想把2006年在意大利注册的商标通过国际商标延伸的方式，延伸到法国、德国、西班牙和俄罗斯，打算再开几家分店。2010年12月，我的商标延伸到了欧盟国家和俄罗斯联邦，注册类别为第25(鞋)类。但2011年10月1日，我收到世界知识产权组织（wipo）的通知，有一家西班牙公司对我商标延伸到欧盟国家提出了异议，理由是该公司已于1989年在25类产品上（鞋、帽、衣服）注册了相同的商标。请问现在我该怎么办呢？
